We treat a variety of conditions, from colds and COVID-19, to depression and anxiety. Unfortunately, we can not treat everything through telemedicine. Our team follows strict guidelines to make sure we can treat you when it’s safe and appropriate.

No, we do not refill any controlled substances.

Our consultations are $35. This fee covers the consultation, but not the cost of your medicine or labs/ imaging ordered. For medication pricing please call your local pharmacy. For imaging services, contact your local imaging provider.

Currently, we do not accept insurance. We are planning to accept health insurance very soon.

We are available 7 days a week and you will be able to get an appointment very fast.

Our providers are available for patients physically located in Florida, Texas, New Mexico and Massachusetts.

Under the schedule a visit page, select your location and your preferred language. Pick the date and time with the provider of your choice. If you are an existing patient, continue with your name and date of birth. If you are a new patient, select no to the question “Are you an existing patient?” and fill out the information requested. You will be directed to the secure payment screen. After making the payment, your visit is confirmed, and you will receive a link for your visit via email.

After booking your appointment on our website, you will receive an email with a link for the medical visit. Join the video session 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Nova Teleclinic follows strict HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy. Our system database is kept secure and all data is HIPAA compliant.

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. If your refund is approved, you will get refunded on the card that was used to pay for the service minus an administrative fee of $2.50. If you have any questions, email us at info@novateleclinic.com.
